Engineered Casting Repair Service / Metalock

Engineered Casting Repair Service (ECRS) specializes in the use of industry-recognized components from Metalock Corporation to provide industrial equipment repair services. ECRS engineers utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to design permanent repair solutions for cracks in cast steel and in all types of cast iron.

In cases when repair is not practical, ECRS has the capability to quickly design a new part and to work with foundries and machine shops to manufacture the new component.

In addition to shop services, ECRS/Metalock also has the capability to provide on-site repairs, globally. Field machining services include milling, drilling, boring, facing, and honing.
