Marineshaft

Operating from three different locations in Hirtshals, Denmark, MarineShaft specializes in permanent repair, class-approved cold-straightening of propeller shafts and rudder stocks. In addition to providing shaft repair services, MarineShaft is also able to manufacture new propeller shafts and rudder stocks, and maintains a large inventory of class-approved steel to allow short delivery times.

In addition to providing workshop services, MarineShaft also offers on-site repair capabilities, including mobile machining, heat treatment, laser cladding, laser alignment, and microwelding. MarineShaft has a fully-equipped service container to support on-site services, and can travel world-wide, 24/7.

Additional services include centrifugal casting of white metal with full ultrasonic testing to assure adhesion of the cast metal to base material.
